I love this. Although at my stage of life I have the opposite problem, not enough to fill the hours. I can so clearly remember those years of rushing and now I wish so much that I hadn’t rushed through them because golly I have so much time to kill now and it’s killing me. I’m 90% living in a fearful future and 10% missing a rose coloured past all the while this moment is passing me by. Also glad you are unblocked I was most sad when I went back for a reread and you had disappeared.

It is funny, after I wrote this, the ideas of presence started appearing everywhere - oh how the universe works! It is hard work though, to go against our natural tendencies (and even the structure/cultural ways) viewing time and how we approach it. We seem to want to conquer time, rather than ride it’s wave.
